- 4 strawberries
- 2 tbs fresh ricotta
- 1 bought scone (see note)
Directions for the Strawberry swirl scones
Wash and hull 2 strawberries. Place in a bowl. Use a fork to mash. Place ricotta in a bowl. Mix until almost smooth. Stir in the strawberry. Cut the scone in half. Spread each cut side with the ricotta mixture. Top with remaining strawberries, washed, hulled, cut into thirds.
